To talk on your cell phone about your plans for the evening while doing your business sitting on the toilet in the stall next to me in a public restroom?

Guilty as charged... Sometimes it's the only place you have any peace! I know I always talk on my cell in the potty when I am out at bars or sports events or anywhere I don't want to scream over anyone else... :)
