So...

Did you watch the State of the Union address last night? We did and thought it was a good speech and made some good points and good suggestions for getting things done and getting people back to work. I did wonder if that really old woman Supreme Court judge sitting up front was just sleeping or maybe she was dead. How many times did one of the other judges put a mirror under her nose to make sure she was still breathing?

And how hard was it for Boehner to sit there knowing that he was on camera the whole time and having to resist rolling his eyes at everything Obama said? I imagine that he didn't hear a single word, he just sat there and thought 'don't roll your eyes. don't roll your eyes. whatever you do DON'T ROLL YOUR EYES!'.

I'm already sick of all the campaigning and mud slinging and the Republicans better watch out because if they keep this up nobody will want to vote for a single one of them. It looks like it will be a choice between a rich man who hides his money in the Caymans or a rich man who hides his mistresses under the bed. Gingrich should start the rumor that if Romney wins we'll all have to become Mormons and ride bikes around town while wearing white shirts and ties. I'm sure half the country would believe him.

Anyway, politics. I just want to be able to pay my bills and buy food and have a little money left over that the IRS doesn't take.

Other than that, nothing too exciting going on around here. There was nothing on TV last night after the speech so Keith started watching a PBS show about Wyatt Earp and after that a show came on about Geronimo which was actually very interesting since I didn't know a single thing about Geronimo other than when we were kids and played Cowboys and Indians (sorry, I mean Cowboys and Native Americans) we would always yell GERONIMO whenever we attacked unsuspecting settlers.

And now it is time to go clean cat boxes.

We watched the Wyatt Earp show too, and both fell asleep on the couch. :) But the speech was good... ;)
