Is It a Guy Thing?

I'm wondering if making a big mess in the kitchen is just a guy thing or just a Keith thing. My kitchen style is to clean as I go. I get the ingredients out for my sandwich or whatever, make my sandwich or whatever, and then before I sit down to eat, I put all the ingredients away. The lunch meat, peanut butter, mayo, whatever, goes back where it belongs before I eat. Because it's hard enough to force myself to clean up my dishes after I eat let alone put all kinds of edibles away.

Not Keith. Whatever he is making, snacks, sandwiches, breakfast, whatever, he gets all the ingredients out, makes his food, then sits down to eat, leaving the mayo to sit out without the lid on, the cheese to slowly soften in the heat of the kitchen, the egg shells and food wrappings sitting in the sink. Which I usually end up cleaning up.

It's the little annoyances, isn't it?

Our new $7.00 coffee pot is WONDERFUL by the way. And the box it came in is WONDERFUL as far as the cats are concerned.
