Morning

Mimi looks like she is saying a prayer here, maybe praying to the god of all things kitty for some fresh catnip?

And, in this deepening recession (depression), if you are trying to save money on the essentials like COFFEE we found this at Target (or Tar-jay as we continental types like to call it).

$2.99 a can as opposed to 10.99 a bag for the gourmet starbucks type coffees. And, you know what? It tastes JUST AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER than the 10.99 coffee. Tar-jay, here we come!

What else is going on? Ummm...not much of anything, just trying to keep our heads above water and the bills paid and the kitties fed and happy. Buddy actually slept on my legs for a little while the other night while we were watching TV, he never curls up on me and it hurts my feelings sometimes. After all, Bud, I'm the one that makes sure you GET fed and you have a clean litter box, you can come lay on my lap every once in a while, it won't kill you!

Oh, we did have rain again this week, but now the sun is back out, the air is clean and fresh, and it's a nice day today.

Hum. We might need to check out the Tar-jay coffee. I'm willing to go generic on quite a few things, but only when it means i'm not compromising flavor and quality... haha

P.S. Have you checked out Bonanzle yet? You should take a peek... it's an interactive site, like a social networking/selling kind of site, but it's lots of fun to click around, and everyone there is super nice. (so far! ha!)

convo me if you have any questions about it. I haven't spent a lot of time there yet, but I like the idea of being able to sell whatever I want over there, and possibly branching out or doing something different.
;)
After all, it's free for now, so it's worth a try at least, I guess?
