Ack!

I'm sitting here this morning looking through vintage salt and pepper shakers on etsy because I came across a totally cute set of little chicks the other day and thought I'd see what other sets were available and I'm just drinking my coffee and wishing I had some money to spend instead of just window shopping and I find quite a few sets that I'm marking for that someday when I can afford them.

I came across some very cute ones without a huge price tag like these:

And then some rather disturbing creepy ones like these:


And then I see this and almost gag on my coffee:



What the heck is a human hair wiglet, a vintage human hair wiglet, doing in amongst the salt and pepper shakers on etsy? Because it's a SALT AND PEPPER HUMAN HAIR WIGLET. Gag. Eck. Ick.

It's USED AND DISGUSTING, people, not 'VINTAGE' AND THEREFORE VALUABLE!!!

I'm still retching.
